1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the OneTapCardReview website, NFC card products, and review aggregation platform.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual or business using the Service.
• "Business Account" refers to registered users who have created an account to manage NFC cards and review data.
• "NFC Card" refers to the physical Near Field Communication review cards sold or configured through the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for a Business Account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Harvest or collect personal data of customers without consent
• Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected networks

4. NFC Cards & Review Data

4.1 Ownership

Physical NFC cards purchased through OneTapCardReview are your property. The digital configuration, URLs, and review data associated with your account remain your property.

4.2 Third-Party Platforms

The Service facilitates connections to third-party review platforms (Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, etc.). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

4.3 No Guaranteed Results

While our NFC cards are designed to make leaving reviews easier, we do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ratings, or business outcomes. Results depend on customer experience and willingness to leave feedback.

5. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before physical NFC cards are dispatched
• Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance
• Failed payments may result in suspension of services
• Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for unopened/undamaged cards

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and designs on the OneTapCardReview website are our property or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or extract source code from our platform
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent

Review platform logos displayed on our site are trademarks of their respective owners and used for identification purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party review platforms removing, altering, or rejecting reviews

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Cause harm to other users or our systems

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where legal retention is required.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
