NFC Cards
Everything you need to know about ordering, setting up, and using your NFC review cards.
How Customers Use Your Card
Tap the Card
The customer holds their smartphone near the NFC card (usually the back of the phone). Most modern phones support this — iPhone 7 and newer, and most Android devices.
Review Page Opens
The phone instantly opens your review page in their browser — no app download needed.
They Leave a Review
The customer selects their preferred platform (Google, TripAdvisor, Facebook) and leaves a review.
Pro Tip
Place cards where customers naturally wait — on tables, at the till, or with the bill. The easier it is to tap, the more reviews you'll get.
Ordering More Cards
Log Into Dashboard
Go to your dashboard and find the "NFC Cards" or "Card Management" section.
Request New Cards
Select the quantity and type of cards you need (standard cards, stickers, key fobs, etc.).
Delivery
Cards are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email.
Common Issues
Try these fixes:
- Make sure the phone has NFC turned on (Settings → Connections → NFC)
- Tap the top back of the phone to the card
- Remove thick phone cases — they can block the signal
- Try a different phone to rule out a device issue
If the card still doesn't work, it may be damaged. Contact us for a replacement.
No — for security and reliability, only we can program the cards. If you need to change the linked URL or business, contact support and we'll send you reprogrammed replacements.
Don't worry — your review page is public anyway, so a lost card isn't a security risk. If you want to deactivate it or order replacements, let us know.
