Having trouble signing up? Follow these steps to complete your registration.

Find Your OneTapCardReview House Number

Check Your Tenancy Agreement

Your House Number is on your tenancy agreement. It looks like 12345 or M-12345. Look for "House Number" or "Property ID."

Check Your Handbook

If you have a Business Manager Handbook, your House Number is often listed in the first few pages.

Ask Your Area Manager

Your Area Manager has all your business details and can provide your House Number instantly.

Can't find it?

You can also contact our support team with your business name and we'll help locate it.

Common Problems

"Email or House Number already registered"

This means your business or email is already in our system. Try:

  1. Logging in at login.php with your email
  2. Using "Forgot Password" if you don't know the password
  3. Contacting support if you think this is an error
"Invalid House Number format"

House Numbers should only contain letters, numbers, and hyphens. Remove spaces or special characters.

Example: Change "M 12345" to "M-12345"

No confirmation email after registering

You won't get an email immediately. Our team manually verifies registrations within 24 hours, then sends your activation email.

If it's been over 24 hours:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Search for "One Tap Card Review"
  • Contact support with your business name
